We had a retired member call because concerned about someone who visited him at his residence. He was visited by a young woman who said she needed to speak to him about his IBT pension. He said she pulled up his retirement application and knew some of his personal information, which gave him cause for concern. She was insistent on setting an appointment with him for later this week.

Greenfield DPW Votes Overwhelmingly to Leave the Teamsters & Join UPSEU

The Massachusetts Labor Board conducted a secret ballot election for the Greenfield DPW employees and they counted the casted ballots on May 30, 2018 at the Labor Board in Boston. UPSEU received the overwhelming number of votes and the Teamsters only managed to receive minimal support after many years representing the bargaining unit.
